By accessing or using GuardSafely ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
GuardSafely provides end-to-end encrypted family location tracking, geofencing alerts, voice messaging, and related safety features via mobile applications and web interfaces.
You must be at least 18 years old to create a parent account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
You agree to use GuardSafely only for lawful purposes and only to track members of your own family or household who have consented (or for whom you have legal guardianship). You may not use the Service to stalk, harass, or track individuals without their knowledge and consent.
GuardSafely offers monthly ($4.99/mo) and yearly ($49.99/yr) subscription plans. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. You can cancel at any time through your account settings.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. GuardSafely uses end-to-end encryption; we cannot access your encrypted location data.
GuardSafely is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. The Service should not be relied upon as a sole emergency safety tool.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
